Welcome
to the 59th Annual Southern Lancaster County Community Fair
September 17-19, 2008
This year's theme: Lights, Camera, Action! |

Bidding Guide Interested in bidding at the Livestock Sale?
Veteran bidders warn novices to first look up the buy back. Most bidders use
this option.
For example, if New Holland Auction sets the buy back rate at 50¢,
this means that they will buy back the animal at 50¢ per pound. So if the buy
back is 50 and the winning bid is $1.50, the winner will pay $1 per pound. For a
1000 pound animal, the winner can expect to pay $1000 then.
